President of Beni Suef University: 4,600 students have applied for the academic English test at the Language and Translation Center

Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today that the total number of students who applying for the English language academic test at the Language and Translation Center reached 4,600 students, as 4 academic tests were held
the next test will be held next January. This came when he chaired the meeting of the Supervisory Committee of the Language and Translation Center, in the presence of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Hisham Abdel Aziz, Director of the Language and Translation Center, and members of the committee
During the meeting, the president of the university discussed several topics, including holding electronic training courses for the TOEFL test and the academic test, starting with a one-day lecture, which will be held through the Zoom application or one of the other virtual platforms, in line with the directives of the state and the university towards digital transformation The meeting discussed communication with a number of accredited trainers in the field of teaching English and specialists in qualifying teachers of English, science and mathematics in English to obtain accredited certificates for teaching in English, in order to activate the role of the center in supporting the professional development of university graduates and raising the level of English language teachers from students of faculties of education. It was also agreed to hold two workshops, in which one of the accredited trainers from the University of Cambridge lectures will lecture in  to train on advanced teaching methods for interested university students, as a start to a series of workshops aimed at raising the level of English language teachers
The completion of the review of the introductory brochure for the Language and Translation Center was presented, which provides an overview of the center's history and its establishment and everything related to the center's activities and courses, provided that a trial version is printed and presented to the supervisory committee before being circulated.
