President of Beni Suef University: 1.4 million frequent visitors to university hospitals during the current year

Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the number of visitors to university hospitals during the year 2021 reached one million and 440 thousand cases distributed among the various departments, outpatient clinics, the emergency department, daily services, analyzes, radiology and catheters.
The president of the university stated that the university hospitals witnessed a noticeable increase in the number of visitors who received a distinguished medical service and signed medical examinations in clinics and performed surgeries, cardiac catheterization, endoscopy, analyzes, and medical radiology, pointing out that the increase in the number of visitors came as a result of the hospital’s distinctiveness. The availability of a large number of faculty members who are experienced and qualified doctors, a nursing team of the highest level of training, in addition to the latest medical devices and technologies, and the comprehensive development of all intensive care rooms.
Dr. Atef Morsi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors indicated that the Reception and Emergency Department received more than 350,000 cases during this year, and more than 15,500 cases were booked in the hospital’s internal departments in various medical specialties, while the clinics received more than 18,000 cases. 5008 were booked in the hospital's internal departments.
