Beni Suef University Council reviews a detailed report on the performance of Quality Assurance Unit

The Council of Beni Suef University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, reviewed, in its session No. 203 today, a detailed report on the performance of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit at the university, in the presence of the university's vice presidents, deans of faculties, and members of the Council.

The University President stressed the need to apply quality standards at all faculties and institutes of the university in accordance with the requirements of the National Quality Assurance Authority to obtain institutional and academic accreditation, which significantly contributes to raising the international classification of the university, enhancing academic position of the university in all regional and international scientific and research communities, and increasing the number of international students .

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan added that the quality acts at the college are collective work in which all parties must participate in each college, including academic leaders, faculty members, and administrators, stressing the need for a quality assurance unit at  each college and a work team with specific tasks to review the quality of performance and the extent of development, and to note and support strengths, evaluating weaknesses and developing future plans to obtain quality at all colleges and institutes of the university.

Dr. Abdel Rahim Hussein, Director of Quality Assurance Center, presented a detailed report on the status of all colleges and institutes of the university, in addition to colleges accredited by the National Authority for Accreditation and Quality Assurance, colleges being reviewed by the body, and colleges in which quality standards are being applied.
