President of Beni Suef University signs cooperation protocol with World Organization of Al-Azhar Graduates

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and Dr. Ramadan Mohamed Hassan, member of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and head of the branch of the World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates in Beni Suef, signed today a joint cooperation protocol between Beni Suef University and the organization. The cooperation is within the framework of the mutual interest between the two sides in achieving Sustainable development and the vision of the new republic.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Sheikh / Essam Hosni Abdel Halim, Director General of Al-Azhar Region of Beni Suef and the Secretary General of the organization's branch in Beni Suef.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan explained that the protocol aims to hold joint educational and awareness seminars, conduct training courses, medical convoys, and various art exhibitions, in addition to participating in conferences in various fields, and conducting competitions to discover talents in various activities of poetry, recitation and chanting, provided that each party adheres to appoint a coordinator who prepares and supervises the executive programs and submits a periodic report on the implemented activities and proposals for their development.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Ramadan Muhammad presented a set of books to Dr. Mansour Hassan from organization's series of publications on the project to refute extremist thought.
