President of Beni Suef University honors scholars with international certificates in establishing interdisciplinary programs in university education and scientific research

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, honored a group of scholars who obtained international certificates in establishing “interdisciplinary” programs and colleges in the fields of university education and scientific research, in cooperation with foreign expertise houses and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
The honoring included Dr. Mumtaz Hegab, General Coordinator of the Division and New Programs, Dr. Sama Al-Daq, Director of the Office of International Classification and Sustainable Development, Dr. Doaa Ahmed Hamdi, Assistant Professor at the College of Human Medicine and Coordinator of the Integrated System Program in Medicine and Surgery, and Dr. Heba Mahmoud Abboud, Assistant Professor at the College of Pharmacy and Coordinator of the Clinical Pharmacy Program .
Prof. Mansour Hassan explained that the university is moving at a rapid pace towards expanding in the establishment of multidisciplinary programs, in accordance with the direction of the Egyptian state towards spreading the thought of interdisciplinary programs by preparing researchers in the foundations of multidisciplinary research to address complex societal and environmental problems in order to achieve the goals and vision of Egypt 2030, as well as About developing design strategies and increasing the impact of research expertise through joint research projects between different researchers to deal with complex problems.
For his part, Dr. Mumtaz Hegab confirmed that the grand celebration organized for scholars who obtained international certificates in the establishment of interdisciplinary programs witnessed discussion sessions between the leaders of Egyptian universities to present ideas and future visions aimed at promoting the dissemination of the thought of multidisciplinary programs, in the presence of the Ministers of Higher Education and Education and the Deputy of the Minister of Higher Education, the President of the Academy of Scientific Research, a number of university presidents, representatives of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and a group of international experts.
