During the celebration of the October victories ... the President of Beni Suef University appreciates the role of Major General Naji Shahoud in building awareness among young people

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized today a grand celebration on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the glorious October victories, in the presence of Major General Naji Shahoud, one of the heroes of the October War and the advisor at the  Higher Military of Nasser Academy 
Dr. Hanan Suleiman, a member of the Senate, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for the Community Service Sector, and a number of faculties' deans, university and executive leaders, and representatives of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Church, in the  remarkable presence of a number of students
The celebration activities began with the performance of the operetta "Let's Not Forget", which was prepared by the Nile Media Center about the heroes of Beni Suef Governorate who participated in the glorious October War, followed by a number of artistic songs
For his part, Dr. Mansour Hassan welcomed Major General Staff of War Naji Shaheed at Beni Suef University, praising the role he plays in building awareness among the Egyptian youth and his keenness to be present annually  to meet with students and provide them with all information about the heroism and glories of the armed forces and the Egyptian people and the sacrifices made by In order to recover the land, pride and dignity, so that our children know the sacrifices made by the great Egyptian army, in addition to consolidating the spirit of patriotism, values and belonging to the homeland
he presented in detail the fourth generation wars, their causes, motives, methods, development and impact on human thought, which aim to destroy the state from within. He reviewed a number of illustrative maps of the land of Sinai, and how the Zionist entity is trying to divide the Arab land

Major General Naji Shahoud reviewed the ancient history of Egypt, which witnessed many challenges until the great victory was achieved on the sixth of October 1973, along with the challenges that still face the Egyptians and how to overcome them

He also explained the features of the October War and how the armed forces succeeded in defeating the enemy, and implementing the plan with skill and valor
finally, Dr. Mansour Hassan honored Major General Naji Shahoud and presented him with the university shield, as well as a number of families of the army’s martyrs and war casualties, expressing his pride and appreciation for the heroes of the Egyptian armed forces and police
