President of Beni Suef University hands over certificates of the conclusion of the second training course for university leaders to 98 professors and assistant professors

 Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed today, Tuesday, the conclusion of the second training course for university leaders, as these courses are held for the first time at Beni Suef University to raise the efficiency of faculty members in leadership, in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Human Resources Development Center
Dr. Mansour thanked the attendees for their commitment to attend the course, noting that the course was held over a period of 3 days, and the trainee would receive a certificate of attendance
The President of Beni Suef University praised the important and great role played by the former university leaders, pointing out that the course is a necessary condition for occupying a leadership position within the university, explaining that the aim of the courses is to raise the efficiency and development of faculty members in the field of leadership and management, where professors and assistant professors are trained on Institutions development  in the sectors of education and students, strategic planning, national and anti-corruption issues, crisis and risk management, financial and administrative aspects of universities, legal aspects of universities, leadership, supervision and management
Dr. Jamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Human Resources Development Center, indicated that training and qualifying candidates is carried out by a group of professors specialized in various fields over a period of three consecutive days
when the training course finished, the president of the university handed over the 98 attendees, professors and assistant professors, certificates of attendance of the course, calling for the necessity of conducting a questionnaire for the attendees to record their ideas and suggestions to serve the university during the coming period
