Beni Suef University announces the names of the directors of faculties and units.. and the President of the University: We aim to raise the efficiency of the human element

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the issuance of Resolution No. 323, for a number of administrative leaders to carry out the work of directors of faculties and units of a special nature.
The university president directed the need to raise the level of efficiency of the human element in all sectors, with the aim of making a qualitative shift in the organizational culture of the university’s administrative apparatus, in response to the political leadership’s interest in building the Egyptian person, and in implementation of the sustainable development strategy, Egypt Vision 2030.
The university president stressed the need to build a first and second row of leaders and train large numbers of workers on technical skills, leadership skills, and behavioral skills that improve organizational values ??and culture, in addition to how to improve individual and institutional performance, and then the performance of the administrative apparatus as a whole.
The University President indicated his support for all proposals that would build and develop the human element, especially because of its importance to faculty members, which would contribute to obtaining quality in colleges, developing e-learning, and making question banks.
