Beni Suef University Council appreciates the role of the political leadership in ending the Palestinian crisis and decides to exempt students from the Gaza Strip from tuition fees

The Council of Beni Suef University, headed by Prof. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, valued the role of the Egyptian state under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and all institutions concerned in ending the crisis in the Palestinian territories and stopping the aggression against the Palestinian people. This came during its 197th session, held in the morning Today, in the presence of the vice presidents of the university and deans of the faculties.

Mansour indicated that the decision comes as an extension of Egypt's historical and leadership role in adopting the Palestinian cause and taking care and protection of the brotherly Palestinian people, praising the effective participation in the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip through the initiative launched by President Sisi to allocate half a billion dollars for the reconstruction of the sector through the Engineering Authority, in addition to Opening of Egyptian hospitals and the Rafah crossing to transport the injured Palestinians for treatment inside Egypt.

The university president confirmed that all forms of educational and research support are provided to Palestinian students studying at the university, and the council decided to exempt Gaza Strip students from school fees, in addition to opening university cities for them, and applying the legal procedures related to that in attendance and exams.
