Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired today, several meetings, including the Facilities Committee and the affairs of faculty members and the assisting body, the Supreme Committee for Software, and the University Performance Development Center
In the presence of Dr. Fatima Hassan, Vice President of the University for the Graduate Studies and Research Sector, Dr. Jamal Abdul Rahman, Vice President for the Education and Student Sector, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President for the Community Service Sector and Financial Adviser, Dr. Mumtaz Hejab, General Coordinator for Digital Transformation, and Dr. Mohamed Mustafa, Director of the Center University performance development, Professor Khaled Yasin, Secretary General of the University, and members of boards of directors During the meeting of the University Performance Development Center, Dr. Mansour discussed the provision of financial accreditation to  publication  reward for 2020 research, the procedures for organizing the Fifth Science Day after  Corona pandemic, and the procedures for holding the first conference for young researchers at the university, and the statistics of 29 research projects which funded outside the university, and proposals Provided by the International Classification Office to upgrade university classification
During the meeting of the Supreme Committee for Software, it was approved to start the trial operation of the outpatient management systems, collect medical services expenses and patient records in specialized clinics, in addition to the trial run of the hospital management system of the College of Dentistry The final version of the Administrative Operations Management System has also been approved and operated at the Training Programs Center at the Faculty of Sciences for People with Special Needs
The version of the graduation project management system for bachelors and Licenciate's students has also been approved and operated and an operational presentation by the Education and Student Affairs Council to clarify the use and benefits offered and 
 it  will be shown to the education and student affairs sector for final operation, while the university president agreed to grant university employees who complete their studies in the new divisions or programs the same support from the university 20% to encourage them to complete their studies within the framework of the university’s keenness to encourage employees for continuous education
While the university president discussed during the meeting of the faculty members the mechanisms and criteria for transferring the faculty members from inside and outside the university in accordance with the laws and regulations
