President of Beni Suef University chairs a meeting of faculty directors and assistant secretaries to evaluate performance and overcome difficulties

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired today, an expanded meeting with college directors to find out what has been accomplished to receive the second semester and know the difficulties they face and work to solve it This came in the presence of Professor Khaled Yasin,General Secretary  of the University, Assistant Secretaries of the University and all general directors  and faculties' directors  of the University The president of the university held an open dialogue session, which he started by offering congratulations on the occasion of the month of Rajab, then discussed the attendees and listened to their proposals on developing the administrative process and the challenges they face while working.  He also directed the necessity of achieving self-sufficiency in purchasing office furniture and implementing it through the workshops of the College of Industrial Education and emphasizing the availability of electricity, water and internet utilities services to raise the efficiency of the educational process, and make a management for stands building to coordinate between the stands and all the colleges. .
 The university president stressed the need to make ramps for people of special needs in colleges that do not have it Dr. Mansour added that it is necessary to restructure the administrative staff and take into account specialization in the work and the necessity to organize courses for existing managers and for everyone who wishes to occupy the position of director or deputy director for free in various fields such as human development, governance, decision-making, anti-corruption, computer and others to raise the administrative agency efficiency  and to ensure the success of the administration process provided that deputy directors are chosen according to competence and put to the test to follow them up and choose who is suitable after that to occupy the position of director, make a competitive spirit among employees and achieve transparency  
The university president also stressed the need to follow precautionary measures and provide all disinfection and sterilization tools to achieve safety and security conditions to confront the Corona virus
