The Minister of Higher Education, President of Beni Suef University, and the Governor inaugurate the National Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs

Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghneim, Governor of Beni Suef, inaugurated the National Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs, and Major General Dr. Mohamed Reda Awad, Director of the Center, in the presence of a number of leadership and executive figures.
Prof. Dr. Mansour explained that the center is the first of its kind at the level of the governorates of Upper Egypt, it was built on an area of ??four acres, and includes external examination clinics that include physical rehabilitation, functional and psychological rehabilitation for children with special needs, pointing out that the center is equipped with curative pools and it includes an internal section to accommodate children with special needs who need continuous rehabilitation sessions, in addition to a large conference hall and it aims to provide advanced medical services to the people of Upper Egypt.
The Minister of Higher Education listened to a detailed explanation from Major General Dr. Mohamed Reda Awad, Director of the Center, which was implemented under the supervision of a group of professors at the Faculty of Medicine.
