Beni Suef University organizes the second meeting on "a future vision to link university education and graduate skills with the developments and challenges of the labor market."

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, attended the activities which organized by the University Center for Professional Development at the university in cooperation with the American University In the presence of Mrs. Maha Fakhry, chief executive officer of the University Centers for Professional Development Project at the American University, and a group of business owners from (14) companies in the private sector to discuss a future vision to link university education and graduate skills with the developments and challenges of the labor market
Dr. Mansour welcomed the attendees, thanking them for having trained university students in factories and companies, and praising them for holding it for the second time throughout this year, to know the views of business owners regarding the availability of training and work opportunities for new graduates at the level of all different sectors and knowledge of all procedures and practices which followed for graduate employment, in addition to recognizing employer proposals for more opportunities
The university president directed the deans and vice deans of faculties to the importance of this cooperation, in order to graduate specialized students, stressing that the graduate unit has been established at the university to facilitate communication with them and that is from the university’s keenness to meet all the needs of its children, pointing out that the university’s research plan serves the community in general and the Sufi community in particular
He added that the university is distinguished from other universities by the presence of a number of distinguished colleges of its kind, which were established in line with the needs of the labor market, while the activities deal with future directions for employing university graduates, the quality of jobs required during the last period, and knowing the skills or capabilities that must be available in the graduates during next period.
finally, the attendees exchanged proposals on finding more decent job opportunities for university graduates according to the state’s general policy, the role of the university, civil society, the association of investors and businessmen, and actual chambers of commerce
