Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, today, handed overthe white stick to two students with special need from the Faculty of Arts and one of Al-Alsun College , , in cooperation between the Disability Unit and the Professional Development Center at the university In the presence of Mrs. Maha Fakhry,the executive president of the University Centers for Professional Development of the American University
This comes within the activities of celebrating the International Day of Disability, which is celebrated annually on the third of December, and the university is keen to celebrate it every year
The university president stressed the importance of supporting students with visual impairment and taking into account their needs, shedding light on the latest developments in the field of vision from scientific devices and research, in addition to addressing their achievements and working to integrate them into society and joining efforts between civil organizations work and official bodies to achieve this
