Beni Suef University Council approves symposium of an awareness seminar entitled We should preserve Our Water Resources for the Good of our Country

 The Beni Suef University Council, headed by Dr. Mansour Hassan, in its 190th session, approved the proposal of the College of Social Service to organize an awareness seminar entitled Our Water Resources We Preserve It for the Good of Our Country, in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Deans of Faculties and Council Members.
 
 The university president pointed out that the aim of the symposium is to educate students about the importance of the Nile River and how to conserve water under the current circumstances. The symposium will include four main axes: water resources in Egypt, the value of water to the population, water, and the socio-economic and political dimension.
 
 Dr. Mansour stressed the need to rationalize consumption and preserve drinking water in order to achieve a safe water future for future generations, adding that the themes of the symposium are in line with the National Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation and Egypt's Vision 2030 for sustainable development, as the state places at the forefront of its priorities the water file, rationalization and raising the efficiency of its use through Multiple hubs.
