In order to consolidate the principle of community participation, Beni Suef University, on the initiative of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, distributed 3000 cartons of foodstuffs to workers in all colleges and institutes of the university to alleviate suffering on the shoulders of workers

Dr. Mansour explained that the administrative system is an integral part of the university’s pillars and cannot be overlooked or dispensed with, and that this initiative is a simple step to achieve belonging and loyalty. The university is not only a workplace, but an entity that includes everyone

The university president added that this initiative was taken to facilitate the university employees, to bring joy and happiness to them and their families, and to motivate them to make more efforts to serve the educational process in a way that benefits the university's work and achieve progress

The workers expressed their happiness with what the president of the university is doing and their great gratitude for all the wonderful steps he takes that make them interest and appreciation in order to improve the administrative system and not to lose sight of them within the strategic plan for the work development at the university
