Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, directed today, to establish a house for experimental animals to serve scientific research in the Faculties of Science, Pharmacy, Agriculture and Veterinary, and this came during the university president's meeting with faculty members and staff of the Faculties of Science and Earth Sciences, in the presence of Dr. Hanan Suleiman, Dean College of Science and Dr. Ali Qurny, Dean of Faculty of Earth Sciences, and Secretary General of Beni Suef University.

The university president emphasized that the goal of the meeting is to follow up the progress of work, to hear the opinions of faculty and staff members on all issues and topics related to the educational process, to identify all the challenges that face them during work, to listen to their proposals, and to study all opinions to reach the best solutions to these challenges, He emphasized the important role of the College of Science in raising the international classification of the university through increasing the number of papers published in international journals.

During the meeting, the university president discussed the colleges' preparations for the new academic year, and a number of topics related to the scientific departments, in addition to maintaining some laboratory equipment and updating some of them to keep pace with the rapid development in the field of scientific research.

The university president called for a vision for the College of Science East Nile to include all scientific departments in the college, indicating that the university is moving forward towards completing the establishment of a faculty club on an area of 6 acres at a cost of more than 11 million pounds.

It is worth noting that after the meeting, the university president inspected the College of Earth Sciences and was informed of the latest developments and developments related to maintenance and beautification work and the college’s preparations for the new academic year
