President of Beni Suef University: Training programs for workers to increase their skills

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, said that the university is about to hold training courses to improve the performance of university employees and increase their skills, especially the youth, by making use of the financial and administrative cadres within the university to develop and improve the performance of employees

Dr. Mansour explained that there are types of training that will be held within the Capacity Development Center periodically , which include administrative training, training to acquire new skills and knowledge, and training for advancement, calling for the necessity of developing training programs, the problems facing the university, the required training material, and the trainer qualified to reach a satisfactory result

The university president confirmed that tests will be done before, after and during the training programs, in addition to post-training evaluation to measure performance development
