President of Beni Suef University: We have integrated strategy to improve the efficiency of administrative leaderships

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, said this morning that the university’s administrative work is carried out according to an integrated strategic plan aimed at improving the efficiency of administrative leaderships of college directors and their assistants and refining their skills at the level of all administrative fields. This was during the university president’s meeting with college directors and their assistants, in the presence of Dr. Siham Adeeb, Secretary General of the University.
Prof. Dr. Mansour indicated during the meeting that the university took into account the principle of equal opportunities by placing the right person in the right place when selecting new college directors and their assistants, as the transfers aimed to achieve the public interest in accordance with the administrative capabilities of people.
The university president recommended the new leaderships to work in the public interest, and to achieve justice in their places, taking into account the human side in a manner that does not affect performance and work, and to be the first to be committed to discipline, transparency and integrity, stressing the need to automate all administrations, especially personnel affairs, and updating the data of employees and faculty members in full coordination with the university administration.
The university president claimed college directors to finish all maintenance work at colleges and institutes quickly, determine all colleges ’needs and work to provide them before the start of the new academic year, and establish a maintenance center in each compound that includes technicians from all specialties, in addition to holding periodic meetings with workers at all departments to develop work and discuss their problems. And developing root solutions for them, and making an evaluation every three months, and discovering and preparing the second row of future managers.
At the end of the meeting, the university president held an open dialogue session in which the attendees discussed and listened to their proposals on developing the educational process and the challenges they face while working.
