Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, made a phone call to the first student of top ten high school graduates on the Republic, Ahmed El-Sayed Borai El-Sayed from Beni Suef Governorate, to congratulate him on his academic excellence and his first place at the level of the Republic, wishing him continued success in the university stage and his future life.
