President of Beni Suef University: Launching roof cultivation initiative among university students during summer vacation

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced launching roof cultivation initiative among university students during summer vacation in an attempt to spread the culture of agriculture in general and roof cultivation in particular in cooperation between the Faculty of Agriculture and one of the environmental services companies.
This was during the presidency of the Board of Directors meeting of the Center of the Development of Environmental Preservation Ways, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Khaled, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Dr. Wael Saad El Sayed, Director of the Center, and members of the Board of Directors.
The meeting discussed a number of proposals, including a proposal to participate in the university’s Center for Environmental Preservation with the participation of the Egyptian Group for Recycling Agricultural and International Waste for Environmental Services and under the supervision of the Ministry of Environment (the initiative of preparing for green) and awareness of how to get rid of used masks and waste and create posters to distribute them to the Traffic Department And various governmental agencies to put them on cars and governmental agencies, after the approval of the Ministry of Environment.
A proposal to establish a scientific academy for environment at the university was also approved under the supervision of the Center of Environment Preservation Ways in cooperation with the various scientific authorities and university colleges for the approved training courses in various environmental fields.
