Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today, the start of the second semester exams for the final years of the Bachelor’s degrees on July 11 to August 22, while post graduate exams begin on August 15 to September 15, calling for the necessity to adhere to 25% of the total absorptive capacity of the auditoriums, determining locations of students and announce them in advance so that they are sent to each student via his e-mail, which takes into account the principle of the separation between individuals.

This was during his presidency of the University Council No. 185 held today, where the President of the University stressed the need to take all precautionary measures during the exams held in accordance with the standards announced by the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health in order to ensure the health and safety of students, faculty members, their assistants, observers, and workers, with providing all the medical supplies, such as masks and gloves, for observers, not allowing students to exchange tools and pens, and providing paper cups for water that are used only one time.

The university president continued that students who do not wish to take the exams for this semester, due to the current circumstances, may apply to the college before the start of the exams date, provided that an apology in this case be for the performance of all the exams scheduled for the student in the second semester. As for acceptable and satisfactory excuses, they can be presented at any time and in both cases the absence of these students is not considered failure.
