President of Beni Suef University: a research team from the Faculty of Science won a funding of 200 thousand pounds

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the victory of a joint scientific team at the Faculty of Science and in cooperation with the Atomic Energy Authority, to finance a research project in the field of "radiation-proof concrete from geological materials", funded by the STDF with a value of 200 thousand pounds.
The university president explained that the project is entitled to produce environmentally friendly and radiation-proof concrete using dangerous crispantine serpentine in the Atallah Valley, Eastern Desert, stressing that the project is in line with the state's plan to use nuclear energy to produce electricity as it guarantees the production of concrete from local geological materials that are able to prevent One of the deadliest types of rumors in the human being produced by nuclear reactors.
