Beni Suef University is ranked fourth at the level of Egyptian universities in THE-Impact ranking and ranked (301-400) globally

Prof Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university ranked fourth place at the level of Egyptian universities, and the 301-400 place globally in THE-Impact ranking Dr. Mansour explained that the main reason is the distinguished research paths and the uniqueness of the university's faculty members. This rank achieve the sustainable development strategy of Egypt's Vision 2030, which is considered one of the most important steps in the comprehensive development process in Egypt as it connects the present to the future and inspires the achievements of ancient Egyptian civilization, to adopt a clear development process for an advanced and prosperous homeland which characterized by economic and social justice and revitalizes Egypt's historical role in Regional leadership
The President of the University stressed that the classification is concerned with the extent to which the goals of the sustainable development strategy are achieved, and it is also considered a pioneering initiative to recognize universities around the world for its social and economic impact on the basis of the goals of United Nations sustainable development .The outcome of this classification depends on the university's gradual and pre-equipped performance regarding 17 sustainable development goals. Beni Suef University classification achieved in each goal separately a distinguished rank at the level of international universities where Beni Suef University ranked 201-300 globally the first goal is poverty reduction , and it ranked 201-300 globally, in the second goal which is starving reduction . Which increases investment in infrastructure and technology for sustainable agriculture.
It ranked 401-600 in Goals 3 and 4, public health and quality education, and 301-400 in Goal 5, gender equality.
in the sixth goal, healthy water and cleaning , Beni Suef University ranked 101-200 globally.because the effective use and management of water is essential to meet the increasing demand for water, threats to water security, and the increased severity of droughts and floods caused by climate change
and ranked 201-300 in the seventh goal which is clean and cheap energy and in the eighth and ninth goals proper work and economy growth , industry and innovation and infrastructure ranked 401+, while in the tenth goal the reduction of inequalities was ranked 301-400 and in the eleventh goal cities and Sustainable Local Communities 401+, Twelfth Goal Responsible Consumption and Production 201-300, and Thirteenth Goal Climate Action ranked 201-300 and the sixteenth goal achieved Peace, Justice and Strength of the Enterprise ranked 101-200 globally while it ranked in the seventeenth goal Partnership to achieve the goals ranked 101 -200
Dr. Mansour emphasized that this classification is a measure of the goals of research field and related fields and the specific citations in each target separately
