The university president indicated that the council agreed on a number of decisions, for students of transportation teams in all colleges, by  choosing  one of the two alternatives (preparing a research project - or an electronic exam), pointing out that there is absolute freedom in choosing research projects, whether in the form of a research article Or a research project or reference research in the decisions of this semester
provided  that the departmental councils in each college set the standards, controls, conditions and rules necessary to evaluate and approve those projects according to the nature of the study in each college or program separately, in addition to  determine the percentage of scientific quotation in Research by the departments councils , noting the possibility to participate in the research project more than one student, from 3-5 students

Provided that all departments commit  to announce the details of the research messages, schedules and methods of receiving in  the  May 7 at the latest, and students begin to deliver the research from May 31 to June 15 and if the student's research is not accepted, he will be given another opportunity. regard to the second option, which is electronic exams, the council agreed to hold it according to the capabilities of each college in terms of technological infrastructure, with the possibility of dividing students to take exams on more than one date
In a related context, the council agreed to complete the curricula by using the distance education system until the next 31st of May for all grades and regarding studying with the credit hours system, the period in which the study was completed in this manner is calculated from among the hours that students have met, and the council agreed not to count the assessment of subjects for this semester within the cumulative total and the student is considered (successful or failing only) provided that the subjects that were not completed at the beginning of the new academic year to the first, second and third year students will be given to them  later through intensive lectures at the beginning of the semester
regarding to students of years of transportation in the system of credit hours who have courses in the second semester separated from  courses of the first semester, all courses of the second semester are evaluated as successful or failing only as a final estimate, so that the number of regular hours that are evaluated whether  successful or fail will be the number of  credit hours for this second semester according to the internal regulations approved for the program. If the regulations , for example, is 15 credit hours, only 15 hours of success or failure will be evaluated. If the student is registered in this semester for 18 hours, only 15 hours will be evaluated whether  successful or failed and  in the remaining 3 credit hours  the student gets an incomplete estimate and will be tested when the suspension of the study is completed, and an actual estimate is made for him only if this course is outside the level in which the student is registered,
but if the student is registered for a number of hours for less than the 12 credit hours of the regulation , for example an additional 3 credit hours course is evaluated (in addition to the 12 hours), the student registers them in another semester of the same level of the courses  of this current semester and these hours are evaluated as successful or failing .
