President of Beni Suef University announces recommendations of Fourteenth Pediatrics Conference

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the recommendations of 14th pediatrics conference organized by the university over a period of 3 days. The conference addressed new trends in pediatrics from blood, kidney, heart diseases, Mediterranean anemia, Corona virus and methods of prevention, with the participation of many professors of Pediatrics and young doctors from various Egyptian universities, health insurance doctors, Ministry of Health and the Egyptian Society of Pediatrics.
Prof. Dr. Mansour said that the conference came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of conducting training sessions for medical staff dealing in direct or indirect ways to explain how to transmit infection of Corona virus and health prevention methods to prevent infection after the rapid spread of the virus, and the need for concerted efforts of all those in charge of health affairs from the Ministry Health, health insurance and the various universities in Egypt in coordination with the efforts of the World Health Organization to prevent the spread of the virus, and to conduct educational courses for those dealing with groups such as teachers, especially nursery teachers and workers in other gathering places such as supermarkets, playgrounds and others to explain ways Infection and prevention.
The University President indicated that the conference praised the efforts made by the university leaders to complete the new University Children's Hospital and the National Center for Children with Special Needs, in addition to requiring those responsible for the sector in the governorate to cooperate with the College of Medicine to do a mini national survey for children those who suffer from genetic diseases and provide statistical to decision makers so that they can establish the unit of Genetics.
