President of Beni Suef University opens activities of fourteenth annual pediatrics conference

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, inaugurated the activities of the fourteenth annual conference of pediatrics Department at the Faculty of Medicine, which lasts for 3 days, where it will be held on the first day at the conference hall, and the rest of the days in Hurghada in the presence of Dr. Atef Morsy, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Mohamed Maabad, Professor of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Dalia Saber, Head of the Department of Children at the Faculty of Medicine, and professors of pediatrics from the universities of Cairo, Ain Shams, Fayoum and Minya, and pediatricians of the governorate from public and university hospitals and health insurance.
During his speech, Prof. Dr. Mansour welcomed the attendance of medical professors from the Egyptian universities and the Ministry of Health and Health Insurance, thanking the Children’s Department at the Faculty of Medicine for holding the conference, for the fourteenth year in a row, stressing that all research plans at Beni Suef University’s colleges are moving towards community service. 

Prof. Dr. Mansour stressed that the university is a center for civilizational, scientific and research enlightenment for society, as it is keen to organize scientific conferences at all its colleges in general, and at the College of Medicine in particular, because of the importance of those conferences in improving medical work, and increasing the skills of young doctors, which leads to providing an excellent medical service in order to preserve the health of citizens.

The University President indicated that the conference touches on everything new in pediatrics, including challenges and ways of innovation and development, utilization from the researches carried out by the department in developing the curative service for patients, in addition to activating training programs and workshops to improve the level of doctors ’performance, quality standards and endeavors to obtain quality at the medical and educational levels.
