Faculty of Physiotherapy, Beni Suef organizes the first scientific conference in cooperation with the Directorate of Health

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the organization of the Faculty of Physical Therapy for its first scientific conference in cooperation with the Health Directorate of the governorate and the General Union for Physical Therapy, under the auspices of University President and the Governor of Beni Suef, and headed by Dr. Olfat Diab, Dean of the college.

The University President stated that the conference aims to discuss all that is new in the field of physical therapy, spread awareness and raising the efficiency of the provided service to citizens, exchange experiences and informing participants of the latest methods and means of prevention and treatment, as well as enhancing cooperation among institutions concerned with health sector in the governorate to improve the level of medical and health services provided in this vital sector.
The conference was attended by Mr. Bilal Habash, as a representative of the Governor of Beni Suef, Dr. Muhammad Youssef Abdel Khaleq, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Beni Suef, Dr. “Tamer Abu Al Yazid,” rapporteur of the conference and the assistant professor at the college, Dr. Sherine Hassan, Vice-Dean for Education and Students Affairs", and Dr. Mohamed Farouk, Vice-Dean for Environmental Service and Community Development, Dr. Shaimaa Hagag, Director of the Physical Therapy Department at the Health Directorate, Ms. "Mervat Michel" Member of the House of Representatives, Dr. "Amira Al-Tohamy", Chairman of the Physiotherapy Sector Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities and Dr. "Hafez Shawqi" as representative of the general captain of Physical Therapy, Dr. "Osama Rashad" the former Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy in Beni Suef and Dr. "Hassan Tamam" captain pharmacists representative and a group of deans of faculties of physical therapy at the level of Egyptian universities.
