Beni Suef University Council honors research team projects, Faculty of Earth Sciences

 Today the Beni Suef University Council, headed by  Prof Dr. Mansour Hassan,  honored representatives of the research teams from the Faculty of Earth Sciences after winning more than one project related to achieving Egypt's 2030 vision
this came at its  council No 180th , held yesterday, in the presence of the Vice presidents of the university  and Faculties Deans. Dr. Mansour said that a team of students won a graduation project supported by the Academy of Scientific and Technological Research entitled recycling old newspaper paper and turn  it into a super-adsorbent material and used it in the treatment of industrial wastewater under the supervision of Dr. Fathi Abu Al Saud, and another project entitled the use of developed natural materials in wastewater treatment at the University Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Moaz Qarni, Dr. Essam Abdel Rahman and Dr. Ali Qarni Salim, 
the researcher Dr. Fathi Abu Al Saud of the College of Earth Sciences won for the second year in a row  the project of Professor for each factory, which is a grant given to the researcher from the Ministry of Scientific Research,
  Science and Technology Development  Fund (STDF) for the researcher who solves an actual problem in the industrial process and achieving Egypt's vision 2030, and the project was this year entitle using locally materials in industrial wastewater treatment.Another team of students won an innovation project supported by the Ministry of Higher Education under the supervision of Dr. Moaz Qorany
Dr. Boutros Riyad, Dean of the College, explained that these projects come in light of the contribution of the Faculty of Earth Sciences, the nascent college of the Beni Suef University, to achieving its vision, mission and strategic goals to  serve  and  develop community
