Beni Suef University gets 100% in checking complaints during January

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university obtained a 100% checking complaints during January 2020, according to the monthly report of the Unified Governmental Complaints System, submitted to Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed that there is a rapid movement from the university upon any reporting of any manifestation of a defect or a complaint after examining it carefully as the time component plays an important role because rapid and decisive dealing with problems reduces the occurrence of major damages.
