The Supreme Universities, the decision of the University of Beni Suef to deal with people with special needs is circulated to all universities

 Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the approval of the Supreme Council of Universities to circulate the decision dealing with people with special needs, which was prepared by the Faculty of Sciences for Special Needs at Beni Suef University for all universities to work with. This came during the Supreme Council of Universities meeting in its monthly meeting chaired by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Ghellab, President of Aswan University, Dr. Mohamed Latif, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities, university heads, and leaders of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the headquarters of Aswan University New Aswan city.
Dr. Mansour affirmed that the university responded to the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and an interest in people with special needs by preparing a course to study in special programs and people in all colleges of the university. The course deals with the ethics, rights and skills of dealing with people with special needs within the family, society and work areas in order to graduate students able to communicate with them effectively .
The President of the University explained that the decision was prepared by the faculty members of the Faculty of Sciences with Special Needs to generalize community acceptance for individuals with special needs, as the university established a specialized college for people with special needs in the undergraduate and graduate levels until the PhD stage to prepare human resources prepared academically and professionally.
Dr. Mansour Hassan pointed out that the aim of the course is to develop the capabilities of graduating students from all universities to be able to communicate with children with special needs, integrate them into society, solve their problem and communicate with them.
