President of Beni Suef University attends a ceremony of honoring the former dean of the Faculty of Medicine

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed the celebration held by the Faculty of Medicine to honor Dr. Wael Al-Shaer, former dean of the college and professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery

after being appointed as an assistant editor in chief of the largest international magazine for plastic surgery in the world, in the presence of Dr. Wael Mohamed Refaat, head of the plastic surgery department and faculty members of the department.

Dr. Mansour stated that the honor came from the university’s role towards the faculty members as an incentive for them for  the achievement they provide to achieve  the scientific and academic renaissance

It is worth mention  that Dr. Wael Al-Shaer is an international arbitrator in many scientific journals, and an arbitrator in the committees of promotions of faculty members of the Supreme Council of Universities, a member of the Association of Surgeons, a member of the Association  of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and a member of the Board committee  in many international journals


On the sidelines of the honor, the President of Beni Suef University, with  Dr. Mohamed Shaaban, Director of the University Hospital, inspected the construction works and renovations in  the emergency department of the university hospital, the different hospital departments, the  child  emergency reception buildings, and the emergency care.
