The President of Beni Suef University heads the national university's management committee.

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired today the 14th Steering Committee of the National University, in the presence of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Shaaban Mobarez, Member of the University Board of Trustees and Financial Advisor to the University President, Dr. Mamtaz Hegab, Dean of the Engineering, Basic and Applied Sciences Sector, Dr. Ahmed Al-Gendy, Dean of the Health Sciences Sector, Dr. Rasha Adel, Head of the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Sector, and Dr. Duaa Ahmed, Head of the Education and Student Affairs Sector.
The Council began by stressing the completion of all preparations for the second semester exams, announcing the exam schedules, announcing the results of the current mid-semester exams for all academic programs, and emphasizing support for students participating in the Universities Cybersecurity Competition to enhance student talent. The Council also reviewed the Health Sciences Sector’s proposal regarding concluding a number of cooperation agreements with international universities in the fields of human medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, and nursing.
The Council also approved the provision of a headquarters for the Anti-Violence Against Women Unit, the Media Program’s proposal to organize a scientific trip to the Media Production City and the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation, a workshop on non-banking activities, and a scientific trip for Petroleum Geology Program students to Ain Sokhna and Abu Rawash in Giza.
The Council approved the request of the University Students Union to hold a party for the students of the Faculty of Computers and Information, which would include entertainment shows, competitions, and an art exhibition where students would display their artwork, in addition to an educational sports program, a trip to Wadi El Rayan in Fayoum, participation in the Awareness and Construction Forum, the participation of scouts in the 30th Scout Festival, a student visit to Baheya Hospital, in addition to holding the Geniuses Competition for university students and the Holy Quran Competition.
It is worth noting that Dr. Suham Mowafy, Director of the Nursing Program, presented the shield of the first student forum to Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, and Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Academic Vice President, in recognition of their great efforts in the success of the forum.
