Beni Suef University Council approves holding a number of awareness seminars

The Beni Suef University Council, headed by Dr. Mansour Hassan, approved, in its 244th session, the implementation of a number of awareness seminars at university's faculty in the attendance of Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, deans of faculties, and members of the council. The university president highlighted the importance of holding these seminars in enhancing community awareness among students and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills. He emphasized the university's commitment to its role in serving the community and developing the environment by providing educational content that contributes to building students' personalities and enhancing their ability to address various social and health issues
The University President explained that a symposium on "The Virtues of the First Ten Nights of Dhul-Hijjah" at the College of Nursing, and a symposium on "First Aid" at the College of Tourism and Hotels in cooperation with the College of Nursing. A symposium on "The Health and Psychological Harms of Drugs" will also be held at the College of Pharmacy, and a symposium on "Bullying Awareness" at the College of Navigation Sciences and Space Technology. The university will also organize a symposium entitled "Entrepreneurship from Idea to Achievement" at the College of Science
In addition, several awareness seminars will be held at the Faculty of Social Work, covering topics such as "Family Budget Management Skills for Young People About to Get Married," "Cyber ??Violence and Youth," "Health Education for Those About to Get Married," "Mental Strategies for Learning Smartly, Not Effortfully," and "Climate Change." The Council also approved the organization of a seminar on the occasion of "World Autism Awareness Day" at the Faculty of Special Needs Sciences, and a seminar titled "The Liberation of Sinai: A National Epic and the Heroism of a People" at the Faculty of Technology and Education
