"Time Management and Investment" Awareness Seminar at the Faculty of Social Work, Beni Suef University

The Faculty of Developmental Social Work at Beni Suef University, under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, organized an awareness seminar on time management and investment and its impact on reducing exam anxiety and enhancing effective memorization, under the supervision of Dr. Hindawi Abdel Lahi Hassan, Dean of the Faculty, and lectured by Dr. Amal Al-Shabrawy Hassan, Head of the Department of Working with Individuals, and Dr. Iman Abdel Malek, Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, Beni Suef University, in the presence of faculty members and students.
The seminar reviewed a number of main axes that focused on the importance of time as one of the most important personal resources, and the necessity of using it efficiently to achieve academic and personal goals. The seminar also addressed the impact of time management on reducing the severity of anxiety associated with exams, by presenting effective strategies for planning and organizing, in addition to enhancing memorization skills to improve academic performance, build a better academic future, and encourage students to apply these tips and techniques to ensure achieving the best results in their academic career.
At the end of the seminar, an open dialogue was opened with the attendees for discussion, where ideas and personal experience were exchanged that added a practical dimension to the seminar topic, and contributed to enhancing the students’ understanding of the role of good planning in achieving success and excellence.
