Presidential Decree appointing Dr. Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy as Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef University

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 544 of 2024 of the President of Arab Republic of Egypt, appointing Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy as Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef University, for a period of three years. He also thanked Dr. Basem Anwar for his efforts during his period as Dean of the Faculty.
Dr. Shahira graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University in 1998 with honors. She obtained a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2004, and a PhD in Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2006. She has more than 45 published research papers in international scientific journals with a citation rate of 686. She has supervised many scientific theses and has many research publications. She has participated in many local and international conferences. Dr. Shahira has also held many positions, including Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics and Industrial Pharmacy, Member of the Permanent Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors and Assistant Professors, and worked as a certified trainer at the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, and former vice dean for Education and Student Affairs.
