President of Beni Suef University witnesses the activities of Hawa Magazine awareness campaign on the presidential initiative “ Bedaya A New Beginning for Human Development”

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed today the activities of Hawa Magazine awareness campaign for the presidential initiative " Bedaya A New Beginning for Human Building " to educate students about the initiative's axes and how to benefit from it as well as volunteer in it. This was in the presence of Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Hanan Suleiman, former Dean of the Faculty of Science and member of the Senate, Ms. Samar El-Dessouky, Editor-in-Chief of Hawa Magazine, Dr. Ahmed Farouk, General Coordinator of Students for Egypt, Dr. Shaima Ismail, Human Development Expert, Ms. Abeer Ghazi, Secretary of the Occupational Safety and Health at the General Federation of Egyptian Labor Unions, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary-General of the University and the Students for Egypt .
In his speech, the university president praised the vision of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who launched the " Bedaya New Beginning for Human Building" initiative to become an important step in sustainable development following the launch of the "Decent Life" initiative. This initiative that reflects an integrated vision to empower people and provide them with all the necessary support to achieve their ambitions and contribute to building a strong and cohesive society. He stressed the university's commitment to continue the journey towards "A New Beginning for Human Building", in an effort to prepare a generation capable of achieving our vision for a better future and raising the status of our beloved country.
He stressed the importance of the initiative's role in empowering youth and pushing them towards the future, as it is a real opportunity to develop skills and open new horizons for innovators and entrepreneurs, by enhancing efforts, coordination and integration between all state agencies in the various regions of the Republic, headed by the relevant ministries, such as education, health, endowments, culture, social solidarity, youth and sports, and others, to achieve the initiative's goals.
Dr. Tarek Ali pointed out the importance of the “Bidaya” initiative in providing support to all groups within society, improving the quality of life and investing in human capital in order to achieve sustainable development in its comprehensive concept, which cannot be achieved without achieving human development on various axes and directions, in addition to the initiative’s interest in the Egyptian family through an integrated program, and preparing new generations in which the values ??of belonging and loyalty to the homeland are entrenched.
For her part, Dr. Hanan Suleiman reviewed the achievements of the "Bidaya" initiative in supporting Egyptian youth and creating real training and job opportunities for them through direct communication with entrepreneurs, factories and companies. She noted the availability of a new platform called "YES" on the official page of the Bedaya initiative, which works to provide all means of logistical, employment and training support for youth with the aim of qualifying them for the labor market and opening new opportunities to achieve success in their professional lives. She also encouraged students to seize this opportunity, which is an important step towards developing their personal and professional skills and enhancing their future role in society.
Ms. Samar Al-Desouky explained the importance of presidential initiatives and their role in supporting society. She pointed to the role of Hawa Magazine in caring for various social initiatives, and pointing to ways of volunteering in presidential initiatives " Bedaya" . Also, she stressed the need for students to engage in society, and good planning to reach effective roles in it, stressing the importance of volunteering as a means of gaining experience, building personalities, and preparing youth for the future.
At the end of the day, certificates of appreciation were presented to Dr. Hanan Suleiman, Dr. Shaima Ismail, and Ms. Abeer Ghazi, for their efforts and effective role in achieving the initiative’s goals.
