President of Beni Suef University witnesses the final of the Pentaball tournament

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed today the final of the pentaball tournament between the Faculties of Faculty Of Developmental Social Work and Law for the University President’s Cup, which was held by the Youth Welfare Department, and ended with the victory of the Faculty of Developmental Social Work team, obtaining first place and the championship cup, in the presence of Dr. Hossam Al-Hawari, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, Mr.Muhammad Selim, Secretary-General of the University, and Captain Muhammad Farouk, General Director of Youth Welfare.
The President of the University stressed the importance of sports activity in building the balanced personality of students, discovering and developing their talents, and employing students’ energies in what is useful and fruitful, in addition to providing them with additional skills that will help them in their practical and academic lives, such as enhancing the spirit of teamwork, developing work in a team spirit, in addition to spreading awareness and sports culture among students, care and attention for gifted students, and working to raise their artistic and skill levels.
Captain Muhammad Farouk, Director General of Youth Welfare, praised the role of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, and his constant keenness to organize various tournaments in student activities to develop and discover students’ talents, stressing that the tournament involved 26 teams from the university’s various colleges.
