Physical Therapy, Beni Suef National University organizes a reception ceremony for new students 2023/2024

The Faculty of Physical Therapy, Beni Suef National University, organized a ceremony to welcome new students, under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, acting president of the university, and under the supervision of Dr. Sahar Dawoud, Academic Vice President for Education and Student Affairs at the university, to introduce the various departments, specializations, programs, youth welfare activities, and other sports and artistic activities, to develop various students’ skills, in the presence of Dr. Nermin Hassan Ibrahim, Dean of the Medical Sector, and Dr. Nesma Ahmed Helmy, General Coordinator of the Faculty of Physical Therapy at the University, with the participation of second-Grade students.
Dr. Mansour congratulated the new students, wishing them a successful academic year, noting that these celebrations and introductory activities are organized at the beginning of the academic year, to create a kind of integration between new and old students, removing intimidation and breaking the barrier of fear among new students. He also urged students to pay attention to student activities. Because of its importance in building the university student’s personality and keeping pace with the university’s plan to develop communication methods and its efforts to reject fanaticism and accept others.
The celebration included many entertainment and artistic segments, in addition to a speech by Dr. Nesma Ahmed Helmy, General Coordinator of the University’s College of Physical Therapy, about introducing the university’s physical therapy program, the various departments of the college, the credit hour system, academic advising, and also introducing the university’s buildings, halls, and laboratories. During her speech, Dr. Nessma Nasser explained the teacher in Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, Beni Suef University, psychological pressures at the university stage and how to overcome them. At the end of the celebration, an open dialogue was conducted with the students to answer questions and inquiries related to the study.
