The Beni Suef University Council, headed by Dr. Mansour Hassan, University President, approved, during its 225th session, a cooperation protocol Between the Institute of Medical and Aromatic Plants at the University and the educational nursery for medical and aromatic ornamental plants at the Faculty of Agriculture, Minya University, in the presence of the Vice Presidents of the University and members of the Council
The university president explained that the goal of the protocol is to support the university’s Institute of Aromatic Medical Plants at the level of plant species and varieties needed for the botanical garden, as well as to benefit from technical expertise in establishing botanical gardens. This nursery is considered the largest and most prominent in this field at the level of Egyptian universities
