The Beni Suef University Student Union participates in the "Public Awareness and National Stability" symposium at the Police Academy

  Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the participation of a delegation from the University Student Union, including the president and vice president of the union, in the activities of the symposium which  organized by the Ministry of the Interior at the Police Academy, entitled “Public Awareness is one of the pillars of national stability,” was held at the Police College Research Center at the Academy, on the occasion of the 71st Police Day This was in the presence of a group of security leaders in the ministry, professors, experts and specialists, and representatives of a number of ministries and government agencies, and with the participation of students of Egyptian universities and military colleges
Dr. Mansour Hassan emphasized the university's keenness on students' participation in all activities that develop youth awareness of the risks and challenges facing the state, believing in the importance of raising public awareness among youth and developing values of belonging and loyalty to the homeland, pointing out that the symposium dealt with several important topics, most notably the role of thought and opinion leaders in creating awareness, and the role of security media, art and culture in achieving public awareness
The university president added that the symposium discussed the mechanisms of intellectual immunization against extremist and destructive ideas and their impact on achieving awareness, the impact of global changes and their impact on the awareness industry, as well as the ministry's efforts to raise the level of awareness among individuals to confront and campaigns aimed at undermining the state's stability
It should be noted that the symposium resulted in many recommendations, most notably the continued concerted efforts of all governmental and non-governmental institutions to raise public awareness of all segments and sects of Egyptian society, especially the youth
