Important Announcement for Newly Admitted Students to the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence - Beni Suef University
Due to numerous inquiries from our new students, the Faculty welcomes you for the academic year (2026-2027). Below, we provide all the details and instructions regarding registration, required documents, and medical examination dates:
Medical Examination Dates and Requirements:
Dates: From Sunday, September 6, 2026, to Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Location: Industrial Education Complex (Faculty of Advanced Studies).
Requirements:
Personal identification (National ID card).
A completed medical examination form with a personal photograph and stamped by the Student Affairs Office.
Payment of the medical examination fee of (200) Egyptian pounds through any Fawry outlet, and submission of the receipt with the student's full name, faculty name, and a copy of the National ID card.
?? Required Documents for Application:
High School Diploma: Original high school diploma (copies or transcripts are not accepted) + two copies. Nomination Card: Final nomination card (not preliminary).
Birth Certificate: Original, recent computerized birth certificate + two copies (males must have their three-digit military number).
Personal Photos: Six (6) recent passport-size photos (4x6 cm), with the student's name and national ID number clearly written below each photo.
Military Service (for males only): Submit Form (2 Jund) and Form (7 Jund).
Proof of Identity: Copy of the student's national ID card + copy of the guardian's ID card.
Medical Examination: Form available from the college.
File: All documents should be placed in a plastic file folder.
Very Important Note:
No student's documents will be accepted, nor will any administrative procedures be completed at the college, until the required tuition fees are paid.
