Beni Suef University's Faculty of Computers organizes a training workshop to activate the electronic system for managing university dormitories.

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence organized a workshop to train participants on the university dormitories management system. This workshop was part of the preparations for activating the electronic system for managing and applying to university dormitories. The workshop was supervised by Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence and the university's Chief Information Officer. The workshop and system were presented by Dr. Ehab Ibrahim Gomaa, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Sultan, and Dr. Abdel Rahman Hashem, members of the teaching staff.

The workshop was attended by Mr. Ramadan Hassan, Director General of University Dormitories, Mr. Hesham Mohamed Eid, Director of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, as well as staff members from the dormitories' administrations.

Dr. Tarek Ali explained that this workshop is part of Beni Suef University's efforts to enhance digital transformation and develop student services, contributing to providing more efficient and accessible services for university students. He also emphasized the importance of keeping pace with technological advancements in all administrative and service sectors of the university.

The university president also noted that the workshop addressed and analyzed the operational mechanisms of the new system and the diverse services it offers. It reviewed methods for automating all application and accommodation procedures in university dormitories. He pointed out that this transformation will significantly contribute to streamlining procedures for students, enhancing the overall efficiency of the administrative apparatus, improving the quality of digital services, and saving time and effort for everyone.

The workshop included a detailed practical demonstration of the system and intensive training for participants on its actual use. This was followed by an open discussion, addressing all inquiries and addressing observations and suggestions related to its practical implementation. The workshop also reviewed the system's operational phases and user interface to ensure staff are fully prepared to use the system efficiently upon its official launch.

Workshop participants expressed their appreciation for the development of this digital system, which will save time and effort for both administration and students. They affirmed their readiness to begin working with and utilizing the new system with high efficiency.
