Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence has been selected as one of the top educational academies nationwide within the "Digital Winter" and "Be Prepared" initiatives. This achievement is a collaboration between the Education Development Fund, affiliated with the Cabinet, and Cisco Systems.

The university president emphasized that this accomplishment reflects the university's commitment to enhancing its students' capabilities and providing internationally accredited training opportunities. This aligns with the demands of the global job market and strengthens Egypt's position in the field of information technology. He affirmed the university's eagerness for further constructive cooperation to support the presidential initiative and qualify more students for international certification as certified IT specialists. This will solidify the university's standing as a leading academic institution that supports the state's aspirations for sustainable development and Egypt's future vision.

Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty, explained that 46 students successfully obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) license, the exam for which costs approximately seven thousand Egyptian pounds. The Fund provided the license completely free of charge to the university and its students. This marks the university's second consecutive success in this field, following its selection last year by the Cabinet as the best center for preparing youth for 21st-century skills.

It is worth noting that Dr. Rasha Saad Sharaf, Secretary of the Education Development Fund at the Cabinet, stated that the state aims to train one million young men and women by 2030, with an estimated budget of $150 million. This initiative aligns with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's vision, announced last year, and is consistent with Egypt's Vision 2030.
