Abstract: The privacy of the recipient information, and confidentiality in the digital environment of the issues of concern to Information Professionals recently, and in the information and communication technology revolution headed many Arab governments to digitization services, and administrative processes through the provision of administrative services in digital form via e-government sites, came This trend companion to the growing concerns of institutions and individuals from non-confidentiality of their information and the violation of their privacy guarantee, so the current study aims to identify the privacy and terms of use e-government sites for each of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Government of Dubai, and Qatar's policy, and the State of Kuwait procedures, and the Kingdom of Bahrain, Saudi Jordan, Lebanon, in order to shed light on the actions taken by these countries in the process of securing data that beneficiaries, in an attempt to reach the optimal procedures that ensure the privacy of the beneficiaries, and the confidentiality of their data, and their dealings. The most important results of the study, the existence of a legislative vacuum Arabic with regard to issues of protecting the privacy of information, and to ensure the security and confidentiality, and the adoption of e-government to the principle of transparency with regard to the privacy and confidentiality of the information and maintain its security.
