Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired meetings of the Board of Directors of the Conferences and Hospitality Center, the Production Center, the Higher Committee for Language Divisions and New Programs, and the Higher Committee for Faculty and Administrative Staff Affairs. The meetings were attended by Dr. Shaaban Mobarez, Financial Advisor; Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary-General of the University; Dr. Ahmed Farouk, Director of the Conferences Center; Dr. Nermine Atef, General Supervisor of the Production Center; Dr. Naglaa Issa, Deputy General Coordinator for Language Divisions and New Programs; and members of the boards.

During the Conferences and Hospitality Center meeting, discussions focused on developing operational mechanisms and enhancing the quality of services provided, in line with hosting major scientific and cultural events. The meeting emphasized maximizing the use of the center’s facilities and improving organization and logistics to support the university’s mission and strengthen its community and scientific role.

In the Production Center meeting, the workflow was reviewed, and development plans for the upcoming period were discussed, with an emphasis on improving performance, expanding production activities to support the educational process, and ensuring adherence to quality standards while making the best use of available resources.

The meeting of the Language Divisions and New Programs focused on topics related to student affairs and academic programs.

During the Faculty and Administrative Staff Affairs meeting, a set of mechanisms and standards governing the transfer and secondment of faculty members within and outside the university were discussed. These topics were reviewed in detail according to the laws and regulations that ensure the legal and effective implementation of these processes. Dr. Tarek Ali noted that this meeting is part of the Higher Committee for Faculty and Administrative Staff Affairs’ efforts to improve academic affairs in line with approved policies, aiming to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and excellence in university education.
