During the meeting of the Scientific Journals Unit, the formation of the Board of Directors and Editorial Board for several journals was approved. These include the International Journal of Tourism, Archaeology, and Hospitality, published by the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels; the Annual Journal of the Faculty of Arts; and the Egyptian Journal of Information Science The journals published by the Faculty of Arts include the Journal of Historical Studies, the Journal of Psychological Studies, the Scientific Journal of Sociology and Anthropology, the Journal of Archaeological Studies, and the Journal of Arabic Sciences

Discussions were also held regarding establishing a collaboration between Beni Suef University and the British Council to accredit the university as an IELTS testing center and an official registration center for the test The Innovation and Patents Support Office also presented its report on participating in the EXPO IRC conference, organized by the Academy of Scientific Research in the New Administrative Capital. Additionally, a letter was circulated to college deans regarding the "Protect" initiative launched by the Fund for the Care of Innovators and Prodigies, which provides a comprehensive package of services aimed at protecting ideas and fostering innovation.
