The President of Beni Suef University chairs the meeting of the departments and programs.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired a meeting of the Languages ??and New Programs Division In attendance with Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Shaaban Mubarak, Financial Advisor to the University; Dr. Amira Hammam, General Coordinator of Departments and Programs; and members of the Board of Directors
During the meeting, the University President approved the inclusion and activation of a postgraduate program based on the credit-hour system at the Faculty of Veterinary . This program includes a range of specialized professional programs leading to diploma and master's degrees, contributing to enhancing the scientific and professional skills of researchers in this vital sector
The meeting also saw the adoption of the workshop's recommendations on developing work mechanisms within the "Control" system via the electronic system for departments and programs. The university president directed the commencement of implementation procedures for these recommendations, which included improving the interface of the printed results sheet and formatting data in separate fields to ensure accuracy and ease of use. Emphasis was placed on including essential explanatory data such as the program name, number of students, and semester grade. This was to be done in parallel with developing the electronic reporting system by providing additional options for customizing monitoring and statistical reports
This ensures the extraction of accurate data that aligns with accreditation and quality assurance standards and requirements, and contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the educational and administrative system as the university strives for comprehensive digitalization.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Tariq Ali emphasized that these decisions are part of the university's ongoing efforts to elevate the educational and research system and improve the quality of services provided to students and researchers in line with international standards. He explained that the university prioritizes updating academic programs and developing its technological infrastructure to ensure the graduation of qualified professionals who meet the needs of the labor market and contribute effectively to sustainable development plans
