The Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Beni Suef University concludes its first semester activities with an art exhibition showcasing educational materials and recycling projects.

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Early Childhood Education witnessed the conclusion of the first semester's activities by holding a large art exhibition of educational aids and recycling This was under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel-Razek Ahmed, Dean of the College, and Dr. Taha Mohamed Mabrouk, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, with the distinguished participation of Dr. Doaa Mohamed Abdel-Ali, Lecturer of Art Education, and the assistance of Dr. Doaa Mahmoud Sultan and Dr. Zeinab Mohamed Hussein from the College's teaching staff
The university president explained that the exhibition showcased the creative work of the college's female students, which focused on transforming and recycling recycled materials from the environment. The aim was to maximize the benefit of these materials in instilling positive behaviors in children and reducing negative ones. Dr. Tariq Ali noted that these works fulfill the requirements of the art education, artistic expression, and children's drawing courses, bridging the gap between academic theory and practical, hands-on application
In a related context, Dr. Tariq Ali noted that the exhibition also included a special section dedicated to the basic skills and artistic expression curriculum for people with special needs. This section showcased a range of innovative educational tools designed to develop motor and expressive skills in these individuals. He emphasized that these tools were characterized by their simplicity and innovation, while taking into account individual differences and supporting active learning strategies, thus giving them significant educational and humanitarian value
The university president also affirmed that this exhibition is the culmination of the students' dedicated efforts throughout the semester, during which they successfully utilized diverse environmental materials—such as paper, cardboard, plastic containers, and fabrics—in a professional manner that serves the educational process. He emphasized that the university places great importance on developing students' artistic sense and creativity by promoting a culture of recycling and utilizing surrounding resources in a way that combines aesthetic value with educational benefit
For his part, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel-Razek, Dean of the College, noted that the exhibition featured a distinguished collection of artworks and teaching aids that reflect the essential characteristics of children's drawings and their educational and psychological significance. The exhibits offered a detailed analysis of children's drawings, linking them to different stages of development and their ability to express their feelings. The Dean emphasized that the students were keen to present educational tools that cleverly combined fun with clear educational objectives. He praised the considerable effort, artistic awareness, and analytical depth demonstrated in the presented works, which exemplify the students' competence in understanding and guiding children's behavior
In a gesture of appreciation, the event included honoring outstanding students in the "Artistic Expression and Children's Drawing" course. Dr. Tariq Ali emphasized that this recognition stems from the university's commitment to fostering a spirit of excellence and creativity, noting that acknowledging the students' efforts strengthens their sense of belonging to the university and motivates them to contribute further to the betterment of the nation.
