Beni Suef University Theatre Team Participates in the National Theatre Festival

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the theater team participated in the National Festival of  theater represented Egyptian universities with the theatrical performance "The Trial of Mr. Arthur Miller," dramatized and directed by Youssef El-Mansour, under the supervision of Captain Mohamed Farouk, General Director  of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and the artistic management. Dr. Mansour explained that the theatrical performance was selected by the viewing committee and promoted for public viewing At the Vanguard Theatre in Cairo, 33 male and female students from various faculties of the university participated in the show. The National Festival of Egyptian Theatre is the most important platform for monitoring and evaluating the state of Egyptian theatre in its various institutions, from the state theatre to independent, university and private troupes. The eighteenth edition of the festival is now underway, and its activities will continue until August 1, 2025. The festival adopts the slogan "Theatre in all of Egypt" in its new edition
